Does anyone remember my dad? David Denis Ring. We think he served in the REME and would have been in Egypt 1949/50. Unfortunately we have no service records to refer to. He was in his early 20's then. If you have any more info please e-mail.

Hello, my dad John Sanders was a German Jew who came to England on the Kindertransport with his brother. He was sent to Australia on the Dunera to an internment camp for two years. Upon his return he was enlisted into the REME div. He spent a couple of years in Italy. I know he was in Egypt but never went into Palestine because he was Jewish. I have some photos that I would like to share if anyone is interested and perhaps you can let me know if you know where they were taken.
