Message: Flying over Nantwich, England in November 1944 Lt Brown steered his disabled fighter plane away from the town and crashed it into a bog alongside the river Weaver. We understand that he is hailed as a hero in the town of Nantwich but he is unknown in Pearl River, where his name is not included in the annual memorial day tribute. His mother probably moved into Pearl River during the war. Please send us any available information - thank you.
