The English are the descendants of the early Celtic peoples and invaders of the island including Romans, Anglo-Saxons, Danes and Normans. The modern day English are known for their fierce pride of freedom, a unity against adversity and an ability to conduct strong mediation..

Most English people are proud of being English, and of their history and heritage. After many years of the unfair stigma attached to the English flag due to 'nationalist activities' and 'football hooliganism', there is now a growing tendency and feeling that we can once again fly the flag with pride.

Many decent people are ardent supporters of England and all things English no matter whether those things are material or people 'pure born' English or from another creed or race. Hopefully these pages on England reflect this.
